Rector of the
University of Iran Mohammad Maluku, the "enemies of God" being an
accused, the court hearing the case has accused her of being illegal, and has
been re-incarcerated for theological scholar Ahmad Gable to serve a 20-month
sentence. Tajikistan, the authorities have opened criminal who had returned,

academics 'enemies of God' court declared illegal
Mohammad
Maluku, a former chancellor of Tehran University who was the "enemy of
God" as charged, accused the court hearing his case - part of the Tehran
Revolutionary Court - being illegal, Radio Free Europe the 4th of August.
Maluku,
Tehran University's Islamic Revolution in 1979 and named after the first
chancellor of a pro-democracy activist, called the Revolutionary Court in late
July.
He is
"the enemy of God" and a threat to Iran's Islamic system of the
Mujahedin-e Chalk Organization for its alleged (MKO), an exiled opposition
party is accused of links. Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini himself well, the
founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and insulting the Supreme Leader
Ayatollah Ali Khomeini, accused of acting against national security. He faces
the death penalty.
Branch 28 of
Tehran Revolutionary Court judge Moghiseh a letter, Maluku explained his
decision not to appear in court. Example court and said that he considered
illegal. The judge rejected the justification that the pressure, Maluku
appeared in court on July 30 to confirm his opinion about the illegality of the
court prosecutor.
Maluku (78)
contested the older activists arrested in the aftermath of the 2009 elections
